Pursuing health DOES mean you can have your cake and eat it too! We know that times of celebration shouldn’t be affected by post eating guilt, or avoidance due to pesky allergens. That’s why we offer designer cakes with all the taste that you expect and want but without the unnecessary parts.
All designer cakes are 8” dia and are gf, df and rsf. We offer a number of vegan or paleo options as well.
In keeping with THE KITCHEN values, our cakes are all natural. This means using only the finest of fresh and wholefood ingredients to create allergy free decadence.
We include brown rice, tapioca, quinoa, coconut and rice flours which are all naturally gluten free. We bake with coconut sugar, pure maple syrup and agave nectar which are healthy options and low GI.
Our kitchen does use some types of nuts (no peanuts) so we cannot guarantee our cakes are completely nut trace free.
