We all know we should exercise, but can tend to make excuses to justify our lack of motivation. On the other hand, some of us are so consumed with etching out a living that we overlook the need to move our bodies in a profitable fashion. Or we simply don't know how or where to get started. Whatever it is that prevents us from doing what our bodies were actually designed for, the fact remains that the combination of movement and good nutrition is key to a healthy and fulfilling life.
